Under our research grant program, our university and other research partners are finalising eight research reports with direct policy relevance to agriculture and pastoralism in Ethiopia. These reports will be published in early 2016 and summaries of the research topics can be found here.
The AKLDP is producing rapid analysis of the drought in Ethiopia to support aid responses. We are producing Field Notes which summarise how farmers describe the devastating impacts of the drought in Amhara, Oromia and Tigray regions, and Food Price briefs to track rising cereal and pulse prices, and food security implications.
